There was not one house that he sent/showed us that we did not like. He was always on time or early for our scheduled showings. On houses that might need some work he would point out what needs to be done and give us realistic pricing/timing on it so we could account for this in our budget and timeline. He showed us on our walk-throughs what areas we might not have considered that needed work in order to maintain the house as well. This was helpful as there were no unexpected expenses that we were not aware of when purchasing our home. Joaquin works with an amazing support team from inspection officers and contractors in every possible home improvement area to make your whole process go smoothly.
